As the festive season arrives, we want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your incredible support throughout the year. Your involvement, encouragement, and generosity have been instrumental in everything we’ve accomplished together.

2024 has been a remarkable year for Pathfinders. From the inspiring Uplift Weekender in the spring to our continued PA training programs and the impactful launch of our adulthood transition resources, we’ve worked hard to empower and uplift our community. Our advocacy efforts, engaging webinars, and the campaign for complex care have amplified the voices of those who need to be heard most.

As we reflect on these achievements, we also pause to remember those we have lost this year. Their legacy remains a guiding light as we look ahead to new opportunities and challenges.
